Forty-two
You may have noticed that many of these entries are peppered with little references of the form "[1 point]". I've never explained this before, and it started as a not very funny joke, but I just got in the habit of doing it, perhaps as a footnote to one of the reasons (other than karaoke) I spend so much time in bars (No, not so I can drink away the pain. I'm in a bar trivia league).
Anyway, the point of this exchange is that I've put together the answers for all entries in the year of our lord 2004. It's a bibliography of sorts to my obscure referencemaking. Feel free to tabulate your score. The person with the highest score gets a prize -- but I should warn you, I've got a perfect score myself, so the odds of you winning are pretty slim. The prize was only a cup of coffee anyway, so you're not missing much.
Oh, and the title of this article? [.1 points]. --------
